Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

To initiate a return, contact us within 4 days of receiving the product. Include your order number and photos of the item.

Condition of Returned Items:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items as outlined in this policy.

Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay).

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement:

In case of a defective or incorrect product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.
